How does military court work?

military law is known as the Uniform Code of Military Justice.. They are tried in a military court with a jury made up of enlisted men and officers. evidence is gathered in much the same way as evidence in a civilian court, physical evidence , witness testimony, etc. Some times they will be granted a lesser charge to cooperate and fink out their buddy.
