I wanted to know if anyone has a diet or exercise regimen that would knock off about 7-10lbs in the next two months. I usually jog about 2-3 miles 4x a week also some weight training. I’ve been doing this consistently for the past maybe 6 weeks. Am I being impatient? My diet is also pretty good, I don’t drink soda, don’t do fast food but maybe 5 times a month, but it just seems I can’t knock off those inches. I don’t look at scales because as we all know muscle is heavier than fat. Any tips are helpful ; ) I would like to be BIKINI ready by July.
