When is the CW going to put this weeks episodes online?

I missed Vampire Diaries and Hell Cats last week, and they put the full episodes from the week before up right away, but they have not yet put up this weeks, and I was hoping they will be up before the episodes are on next week. Does anyone know if they will be puting episode 2 up of both of these series as well?
