I asked this in the Law and Ethics section, but all I got were recaps of the news and s. So I bring it her?
where I know I'll get more of an answer...In cases like Michael Jackson's, regarding his children, and this question is about law and ethics and legality, not about MJ and his children specifically...how likely are the courts to separate these children, awarding custody of the elder two to their biological mother, and giving the youngest to someone else? I can't imagine learning, as a seven year old, that my siblings have a mother who wants them, and I don't. I guess I am asking that, if you found yourself in Debbie Rowe's position, and you decided to pursue custody of your two children in a similar situation, would you also pursue custody of the youngest, for the sake of that child and for the children as a whole, as a family?
