Blocked ear !!!!??? Please HELP?

i've been worrying soooo much saturday was at a concert came out and my right ear was blocked i'd had that before when i was at hee concert so i thought nothing of it i went to bed hoping it would clear by morning and it was in both ears, i spoke to a nurse and she said steam yourself.. so i have done, i was blocked up With the cold so i thought it was that then 2 days ago my mum got a doctors appointment, and my ears were fine they were back to normal. i went into the docs and he said it was a viral infection and there is some wax in the left ear, take paracetamol and drink plenty fluids, i walked out the docs went shopping and my left ear completely blocked up again, so now it has dull hearing in my left ear which was fine until i went to the doctors, i've been taking ear drops to soften the wax but do you think its wax or what is it ? Could it be a blockage in my Eustachian tube ? and will it clear ? please help
