When You report someone to Childrean & Youth. How Long Does it Take for them to go investigate?

I reported my girlfriend today for the way she is treating Har baby. She screams at it. Just throws it in the baby bouncer. And if they aint enough. She cant afford to get oil. So she showers that child in cold water. She has her in a bedroom with the cat litter and the floor has feces dried up all over it. I felt like I did the Right thing. I was just wondering how long it takes for them to Go check things out
