if your aunt is in fact receiving the house upon your grandmother's ping, then she does the legal right to decide not only who may live in it, but also what should be done with the property (sell or keep). your "bum" cousin has absolutely no legal grounds to stand on. the house is NOT his. and best wishes for a speedy recovery from your grandmother.
