In Lupe Fiasco's music video, can you explain to me what's happening?

The government isn't letting anybody to speak, that's why they all have muzzles on them. When lupe starts rapping, they arrest him and bring him to court. He starts rapping about 9/11 and then they send him to a jail cell. He beats up the guards and escapes with his girlfriend. At the end, the girl scans the bus with her iPhone and it's a law that says anyone can speak their minds and sag anything they want.
