I hate the way I look, and my life is in a rut?
I don't think that you are alone in the way that you feel. I do think that maybe there are things that you can do to make yourself happier. I would go to a gym, like the YMCA, exercise, you will feel a lot better, and it will give you energy. You are 16, and you have the world at your finger tips. As for boys, it really isn't that important. I would say, that is of the least importance. If you want to feel pretty, put on some pretty clothes, do your makeup, hair, and nails. Go to the gym, you will look better, feel better, and you might make a few friends to excerise with. You might meet a nice-cute guy. (I am sure their are boys looking, you just aren't seeing it) If you feel that you are overweight, and I don't know that you are, I would start eating healthy, I believe in the almost fat free dieting. There are lots of things that are fat free, like grilled Chicken, pasta with sauce (like 2-3% daily value) twizzlers, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, there are so many things, even pringles, and other potato chips. If you do the fat free (or really close to it- like don't exceed 10% of your daily value of all foods combined) all week, on the weekends, you can eat what you want (just don't go overboard) you will lose weight. Well, just know, that you are 16 and this is the one of the best times in your whole life.
