Why cant i let hiim go?? is he playiing me?

Ok so I'm talkiing 2 thiss guy and he's really cute but he's a seniior and I'm a sophmoree.. He tells me he liikes me but sometiimes he acts weiird.. He calls me and tells me were gunna hamg out but he always flakes and when I see hiim at school he sometiimes act liike he doesn't see me:( idk but I liike thiss guy a lot and I told hiim I do but its weiird usually if a guy was 2 do the thiings he diid I would of dropped hiim already but there's somethiing about hiim that's keepiing hiim in the pic.. He's verry popular and verry friiendly..he partiess every weeend it makes me wonder iff he's playiing me:( I'm juss confussed
