I woke up with alot of mucus,like snot and I am 36 weeks prego. Its not bloody so is this my mucus plug?

I woke up wiping and there was alot of slimy mucus. Globby. I know TMI but I don't know how else to describe it. I thought the mucis plug was bloody. How long will I continue losing this yucky slime??? Everytime I wipe theres more or its in my undies. Does this mean labors starting soon?? Or will it turn bloody?
