What type of club do want to see in st Louis?

I'm a currently working on opening a club in st. Louis, and I want to know what do u want from my club for as environment wise or what type of food would you like served?. What don't you want to see in clubs or what is missing in clubs now days in st. Louis. do you think the customer service in clubs or poor or bouncers are rude?
