My computer wont work?

Im haveing troubles with my new motherboard that I ordered and I need Help. I took my old motherboard out and put my new one in it , which is compatable with all my parts, and i turned it on and everything works all the lights all the fans everything but theres never a picture.. ive tried hooking it up twice now and the same thing has happened. I know its hooked up right, i know all my parts are good. Is therre what amm i doing wrong? what does it sound like? Are you supposed to install the drivers before puting in your motherboard or what?!
